- Your Google account email address and basic profile identifiers
- YouTube channel identifiers and basic channel information needed to select the target upload channel
- Upload-related data you provide: video file, thumbnail file, title, description, tags, metadata, and privacy status settings
- Google OAuth authorization tokens required to call Google/YouTube APIs on your behalf
- Standard website log data (IP address, browser user agent, request timestamps) when you visit our website

- To display your connected YouTube channels inside the App
- To troubleshoot reliability and error issues
- To improve the App's functionality and user experience
4. What We Store
The App is designed to operate with minimal data retention:
- OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest using your operating system's secure credential storage (Windows Credential Manager, macOS Keychain, or Linux keyring where available)
- Your upload drafts and queue (video paths, titles, descriptions, scheduling choices) may be stored locally on your device so you can continue later
- YouTube API Data obtained through the API is retained for less than 24 hours and is not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to complete your requested actions
- We do not log or store OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens in plain text on our servers
5. Cookies and Device Data
Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for basic functionality, security, and analytics. These may collect information about your browser, device, and how you interact with our website. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
