These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TweakGPT (the "App") and our website at tweakgpt.com. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TweakGPT is a software tool that helps you upload and manage YouTube video content through the official YouTube Data API. The App performs actions only when you initiate them and only within the permissions you explicitly grant via Google OAuth.

2. YouTube API Services

TweakGPT uses YouTube API Services to provide its core functionality. By using TweakGPT, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of YouTube features through TweakGPT is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service
• You must comply with all YouTube community guidelines and policies when uploading content through the App
• You can revoke TweakGPT's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Account security settings

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, including YouTube's Terms of Service.

4. Your Google/YouTube Account and Permissions

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You control which permissions (scopes) you grant during Google OAuth authentication
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not:

• Use the App to violate YouTube's Terms of Service, Google's terms, policies, or community guidelines
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use or distribute
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or restrictions imposed by Google/YouTube APIs
• Use the App to upload spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the App beyond what is permitted by law

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of your content
• You are solely responsible for the videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and metadata you upload
• You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload through the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Google and YouTube. Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Upload outcomes may vary due to API limits, network conditions, YouTube processing, or account restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweakGPT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or applicable laws, including YouTube's Terms of Service. You may stop using the App at any time. Revoking Google access and uninstalling the App will end local use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
